The Fresh Connect Vol. 7

The seventh annual Fresh Connect event is being held on December 8th, 2023. Join us, at the Conaway Center located at 1104 S Wabash, in a celebration of Hip-Hop in honor of Chicago Hip-Hop pioneer DJ P-Lee Fresh & in uplifting Columbia College Chicago's Hip-Hop Studies department!

This year's event will not only focus on celebrating Hip-Hop as a culture, but celebrating the genre's 50th birthday. Countless artists across the decades have graced this artform with their legacy. This event hopes to capture the importance of Hip-Hop's impact on today's culture and cultivate and celebrate the voices that will grace the genre's future as we call upon any and all emerging talent in the space to come celebrate, partake, and enjoy our 7th annual Fresh Connect.
